  1. Order Processing: At Jyotish Bhawan India, we process and ship orders within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

  2. Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery ranges from 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the product type. Customized items (such as energized Yantrams, Kavachs, and Rudrakshas) may require additional preparation time.

  3. Tracking & Notifications: Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched. If enabled on your account, live tracking links and status updates will also be sent directly via our app notifications. 

  4. Service Areas: Shipping is only available to locations with active and reliable courier or postal facilities. Orders will not be delivered to locations without these services.

  5. Address Accuracy: Customers must ensure their shipping address is completely accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Such orders will not be eligible for return, refund, or reshipment.

  6. Damaged or Lost Packages: If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We are not liable for packages marked as "delivered" by the courier that are subsequently lost or stolen. 

  7. Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for transit delays caused by extreme weather, carrier strikes, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
